Return period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The return period starts on the date the order is delivered. This policy applies to general return requests, including a change of mind.

How to request a return

Before mailing an item, email support@dugout-club.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending the parcel.

Return shipping costs

For a return due to personal preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us so we can arrange the return; we cover the return shipping for these issues.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 2 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
