Shipping destination and origin

We currently ship orders to customers in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from China. Dugout Club is operated by SAENZ FRANK and has a U.S. office at 1704 N 120TH DR, AVONDALE, AZ 85392-3014, United States. This U.S. office address is not the shipping origin.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. The shipping cost and order total applicable to your address are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 days. Processing time is separate from the transit time and begins after an order is placed.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated transit time is 5–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when it is available. If you have a tracking question or believe a parcel is missing, email support@dugout-club.com with your order number.

Address changes and shipping delays

Please check your shipping address before submitting an order. If you need to request a correction, contact us promptly; a change may not be possible after the order has been dispatched.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
